“ Hamish was amazing and gave us an amazing ride. He helped our kids in and out of the boat and made them feel super special. I would definitely do this ride again. The photo pack was a great deal and the kids loved being able to see the fish and eel under the water at the end.
Was a great tour
Was a great tour, but the wind is absolutely freezing so I would next time bring a jacket and some earplugs for the wind pressure. Our driver gave us some info on places throughout the tour which was cool. Our engine had a little issue so we happily pulled over to this beautiful grass area for pictures. Best outcome ever.
4 years agoWe took KJet’s one hour jet boat ride in Queenstown
We took KJet’s one hour jet boat ride in Queenstown. On arrival, the staff were very friendly and cheerful, helping us with our waterproof vest and float jackets, with the driver being just as friendly. After we got seated and the safety precautions explained, we took off. It was a very thrilling experience, with a picturesque view. At least, for about the first half hour. That was when the spinning and thrilling bends finally kicked in. I simply sat there trying not to throw up for the rest. Just a warning for the faint of stomach! Otherwise, it was overall a very fun experience, and can produce some stunning pictures and memories to take back.

Hamish was amazing and gave us an amazing ride. He helped our kids in and out of the boat and made them feel super special. I would definitely do this ride again. The photo pack was a great deal and the kids loved being able to see the fish and eel under the water at the end.

Had the best time. Loved every minute of the ride. Could do this 100 times over. Great driver, he was so fantastic. The Jet Boat experience is incredible, adventurous and fun! Sit in the back for lots of water. Sit in the front for the most harrowing feelings that you might not avoid canyon walls and boulders even though you KNOW you will!

The ride was awsome the kids and wife loved it. The team at KJet were great and very well organized. Safety was always the priority along with making it lots of fun. I will recommend this ride to anyone. Andy was our driver and he done great job.

We had a great time jet boating out in Queenstown bay. The staff were friendly and efficient and our driver was awesome! Very fast spins and great views! I couldn't believe how crystal clear the water was even at 2.5 metres deep! Great day overall.

Like the title suggests, a lot of awesome spins, slips, and dips on this trip. Longer than the other operators and guided by the best. Keep your hands inside at all times as they like to keep the adrenalin up. And lastly, thank god for those hand warmers haha. Well worth money and recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Wicked jet boat ride with awesome guides. I did both this trip and the Shotover but preferred this one as it was much longer and you got to see more. I was really surprised how close the boat gets to the rocks, trees in the water etc. So scary but so awesome!! Loved this!
