- We recommend you bring a jacket for the Strom Dome experience

- The Hagglund ride is not recommended for people with heart conditions, back or neck pain or if pregnant
- It is recommended children must be at least 5 years old to ride the Hagglund
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Children aged 3-5 years may ride at parents discretion, children under 3 not permitted

- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
